Facilities

Separate facilities and equipment are available for each program emphasis. These include: complete metal-working facilities including a foundry; papermaking laboratory; graphic and interior design computer labs; darkrooms; interior design and slide libraries; electric potters wheels; electric and gas kilns; intaglio, relief, lithography and photo silkscreen printing equipment and facilities; looms; two wood shops; and an art supply store.

Access to the Multimedia Interactive Fine Arts Technology laboratory and state-of-the-art CAD (computer assisted design) design/technology laboratory; available to students and faculty in art, music, drama, dance, and film.

The University Art Gallery features major regional and national contemporary art exhibitions.

The Everett Gee Jackson Gallery in which graduate exhibitions and select group shows are held. The Flor y Canto Gallery is a popular place in which undergraduate exhibits are displayed.
