Award Objectives
Paul A. Lingren taught for over three decades at SDSU, where he also served as Department Chairman. He was a professional printmaker whose prints are in private and public collections across the world. The Lingren family established this scholarship in 1989 to provide student artists at SDSU with funds for art materials and supplies.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR PROSPECTIVE SDSU STUDENTS: By the deadline, please submit a visual portfolio including up to 5 digital images of your art to art.advising@sdsu.edu. Please DO NOT submit your visual portfolio to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
ADDITIONAL APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR CURRENT SDSU STUDENTS:
You must log into the BLACKBOARD ART ADVISING HOMEROOM to submit your materials. You must submit portfolio materials in the BB Art Advising Homeroom “Journals” section to be considered for scholarships requiring a portfolio.
